Instead of automatically buying new wood patio furniture, you should consider refinishing what you have already. If it is in otherwise good condition, it is a simple process of removing the old finish and applying a new one. If there are dings, scratches or other surface blemishes on the table or other surfaces, then you may have to apply some filler, otherwise just sand until smooth, prime and then paint or varnish. Giving it a coating of polyurethane or other sealant will protect your wood patio furniture for additional years and will keep it looking great.
